With over thirty years in the business, Learan is known for his versatility and dedication to pushing the cinematic envelope.
Learan has been at the helm of feature after feature, including Lensing up "Clerks III" The newest addition to the cult classic Clerks by director Kevin Smith.
In the television arena, Learans credits include 85 episodes of the CBS series Madam Secretary, ABC'S For Life, and CW's critically acclaimed superhero series Stargirl.
Additionally Learan hit home runs on the third season of Powerbook II: Ghost, starring Mary J. Blige, Method Man and Michael Rainey Jr. for Starz.. He has also worked on classics such as Sesame Street, Nurse Jackie, Royal Pains and Persons of Interest.
Learan is a graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, and is continually interested in not just exceeding the limits of what can be done in cinematography, but in using this visual medium as a way to challenge and uplift people as a whole.
