Service Description

Welcome Home!! Our Basic Studio Package sets you up with a beautiful and functional creative work environment. Front of house comes dressed with a beautiful seating area against a set wall that can be used as client area, or, as a beautiful lifestyle, product, or fashion shooting space. Furniture can be moved to the windows for a different esthetic, and the windows can be dressed, to give you multiple looks in one location. Beside our seating area is a Beautiful little Coffee Station. This station comes with a 12 cup Coffee maker, Electric Tea Kettle, Microwave, and Mini Fridge. Our station also comes pre dressed, just for you. Pre Set includes - Coffee, Filters, Sugar, A bowl of Apples and Oranges, and a beautiful Tea Box. Perfect for both crew and clients. The station is also set with a roll of Paper towels, and a case of 24 waters, prepped for room temp, and refrigerated. We also have Bowls, Plates, and real silverware settings for 4, and an assortment of glassware. These can be used functionally, or as props. Our dressed "Living Room" is the perfect set for any lifestyle, or fashion shoot. You can also bring furniture in, creating even more location value! Back of the House comes with - HMU Station with lighted mirror and tall chair. Surge protector with multiple outlets. Jiffy Steamer - 2 X Z Clothing Racks, full length floor mirror, and 25 X Hangers. (More hangers and rolling racks available if needed.) You also get a Bluetooth speaker and Mini I pad with Spotify app to keep the vibe going! If Vinyl is your thing, we also have a Record Player, and an assortment of Records. Studio is set with 3 x C stands and 5 x Sandbags. No other EQ is included in the basic package. If you want equipment, upgrade to a Dream Package that includes full use of the studio, and its Equipment! Rental Time Buffer? This time block is loading in and out. Your time starts once you enter the building. Overtime begins 15minutes into the next hour and is billed at $300 / hr We value our clients time and bill accordingly when a booking pushes into another productions booking time. The Studio is cleaned and sanitized in between shoots, so time management is key. We can also source you HMU artists and crew if needed. If you have any questions, please reach out. Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a consultation or crew booking less than 48hrs prior to appointment will disqualify client from refund. Cancellation policy for studio is within 72hrs of scheduled shoot date, and per rental agreement. Please refer to rental agreement for all studio rental terms, and conditions.
